Managers and their direct reports are assessed to establish a baseline. We’re measuring the extent to which managers are acting as either “gatekeepers” or “multipliers” – and the influence that this is having on their team members.


ACTION | during
Through our informative and provocative 3-part workshop series, each manager is empowered to become a Manager on the Move. Each is educated on the business case for wellness, explores the key role they play in their team’s well-being, and acquires strategies to become a “Multiplier of Well-Being.”

This workshop teaches managers why they hold the key to getting workplace wellness to actually work. Every manager walks away with a template to take action within their team to make well-being a way of life.

This workshop provides managers with the extra tools they need to ensure that their team members are resilient, feel cared for, feel psychologically safe, and are able to engage in honest discussions as a team.

This final session delves more deeply into the intersection between leadership and well-being, zeroing in on the hot button topic of employee burnout. Managers learn how they can drive a middle-out movement of well-being, burnout mitigation, and organizational excellence.

Following the series, managers and their direct reports are assessed again to measure impact. Clients receive aggregate reports.
